Bio

Brooke’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions with a national, state-wide, and regional scope.

Brooke received her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During law school, Brooke served as an active member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was selected by faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow. Brooke also clerked at a litigation firm focusing on personal injury and class action cases while in law school. Brooke’s student note was selected for publication in Volume 40 of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Prior to attending law school, Brooke obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Birmingham-Southern College.

Brooke is admitted to practice in Alabama and serves on the Executive Committees of the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyer’s Section and the Birmingham Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Section.
