Bio

Brooke’s practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, class actions, consumer protection, and personal injury. She has litigated a variety of cases in state and federal courts as well as arbitration forums. For example, she spent over two years representing individuals across the Southeast who were attending a for-profit college when it abruptly closed. She regularly represents victims of identity theft and Fair Credit Reporting Act abuses. After her client was injured, Brooke helped him recover a $3 million verdict in Sumter County, Alabama.

Brooke believes that one of the best parts of her work is getting to know her clients. By building this relationship, she is better able to understand the injury her client suffered and help them pursue the compensation that they deserve.

Recently, Brooke was nominated by her peers as a Best Lawyers® “One to Watch” in Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs. Since 2021, Brooke has been selected as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers® for Class Action/Mass Torts, which recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Brooke is heavily involved in the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Associations. She has served in leadership roles for both organizations while also being active in other groups and nonprofits throughout her community.

Brooke is admitted to practice in Alabama. She received her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During law school, Brooke served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was selected by faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow. Prior to attending law school, Brooke obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Birmingham-Southern College.

In her free time, Brooke loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors while exploring the world through the eyes of her toddler, and fits in a little exercise whenever she can.
